Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@littlecalmco.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
